SaMp freeze win7 - AndreiWow - 23.06.2016

Alright so this is a huge problem and I can't understand it.
I even reinstalled my windows, WINDOWS 7! And after five minutes or so in the game my computer freezes and the sound stutters, I can't press anything, alt+tab nor ctrl+alt+del.

Specs:
6GB ram
1TB memory
2GB video
Bought the computer few months ago had the problem since then.

This problem occurs only on 0.3.7 other versions/single player and MTA works fine. I really can't understand why is this happening.

I installed all possible video and sound drivers I've found for my specs and I also defragged.


Something weird, when the computer freezes there is a yellow led on the central unit that usually blip but it stop.

I think the problem is due to folders being read only

I did the next things:
Removed the read only from ALL folders and set run as administrator for GTA launcher and for SAMP launcher, so far it is working, I will update this if something occurs.

Well.. it worked... for half a hour atleast..
