i dont think so there is anti cleo slap hack
But there is Anti Cleo Include http://pastebin.com/AVrySvAH.
Installation:
Download this include change it name to AntiCleo ( or whatever )Copy it into your Server Folder >> Pawno >> Includes
Open Your GameMode and after #include a_samp write this at the next line #include AntiCleo ( or whatever you name it) compile it and You're Done.
