File Functions help - ManIsHere - 09.06.2016

Hi all i am making a house system in my script. everything is good. but there is a thing, i want that admins can set the house pickup ID's. so i want to created the command for that. but i dont know how do i format only hPickupID in that command? i know we have to use fwrite(filename, string) but how do i set that only hPickupID is setting.
