I'd say Konstantinos because he's a spam machine (and I see him helping once in a while, of course).

From what I've seen probably Vince & Konstantinos.

The only high reputable member I see helping in the "Scriptin help" section is Konstatinos , Vince sometimes reply but doesn't really help he is like "you shouldn't use y_ini you should use mysql" and things like that but sometimes when its mysql related he helps.

I'd say Konstantinos gives help a majority of the time but also gives a good quality answer.
