HOW TO I CAN FIX THIS?
When I'm open my pc it's stopped when 64% and it's restarting I really wait him 999999hours and let the Computer resort many times auto restart but still not work can u help me to STOP THIS SHIT? Stopped in 64%

Get a DVD/USB containing Windows 10 setup kit. Insert it into PC, boot it up, delete system partitions and reinstall Windows.
