actually, Russia is to blame. they are the ones who switched off the gas.

Although technically, if Ukraine paid their bills it wouldn't have been turned off xP

1)Ukraine didn't pay ~2 000 000 000 $ for gas they used at 2008.
2)They stole gas for ~16 000 000 $ this year :P (fast ones)

I bet every one would switch it off with two above reasons :P
