Hello everybody, after reinstallation of my Windows I can`t install SA-MP client here is the error:

Have you actually tried re-downloading the installer again?

try disabling your antivirus and try again.

Where did you download that from?? The sa-mp 0.3.7 installer is about 15.5 MB not 4.24 MB (not 6.3 MB either) for sure it is corrupted.
Try to delete them and download again manually from here:
http://files.sa-mp.com/sa-mp-0.3.7-install.exe
Just try to download with a downloader from the browser, wait download until finished and make sure it is not interrupted.
