There are plenty of tutorials on how to run a linux samp server on here. First, you need to make sure that you have enough resources for your script, especially if you are planning on having a TeamSpeak server running along with the SA:MP server (including MySQL if you're going to be using that as well)

VPS is like a PC. but it might have more ram's and things than PC. as i know PC max rams is 32 or 64GB.
But VPS can get up to 128-200+GB. You can connect use Remote Desktop Connection also you can put on it servers/projects,also videos if the Connexion was fast.
(Im talking about VPS Windows)
So if it was a Linux VPS. its easy too the same as i said but not like a pc. you will connect using Putty. (P.S The password willn't show because hidden just write it normal). i find it hard at start but now im getting on it. it's just bunch of codes. ^^ Good luck

Here
IDK how to tell if it was Windows or linux. you have to check. if it was writen root on username maybe it's Linux
If it was written Administrator maybe Windows.

You shouldn't REALLY buy a Linux VPS if you have no idea what is Linux and how to use it. Just go for Windows VPS since it would be easy for you to manage and run things in it.
