Hello.
When i past this symbol ☆, inside of pawno, it displays as a ??.

How do i get this to work?

You can't do it in SA:MP.

You can't add star symbol in SendClientMessage . You can add them in Textdraw or GameText Like this []
this will create star in textdraws.
