Well i uses pawno, Notepad++

Anything else ?

So you want an extra program just to edit includes? Why the hell?
Whatever, use whatever program works best for you , there is a lot of nice code editors.

Just "Open with.." your .inc files with sublime text?

Also, either use regular C syntax highlighting or go with a specialized pawn syntax package.
