Yea, as long as you purchase from their gameserver line which starts from 79.00. Enterprise dedicated servers do not provide UDP protection unlike their game dedicated servers do.

OVH VPS's are vulnerable to UDP attacks as well, speaking from experience too. If you're just going to have you and your friends playing on your server, then go for it.

No, Its the worst host out there.. Generally though, I wouldn't recommend buying a SAMP server, You shall buy a VPS for almost same price and have everything hosted right there.

It's not the worst one out there, it just has bad customer service, but their servers are pretty good.

Just buy a cheap $5 VPS from DigitalOcean and that'll do for a small server and probably a website.
