My server appears offline but it's online - LoLeRo - 15.05.2016

Hi, i have a problem with my server, it appears to be offline from my SA-MP favourite server list (just my server) but when i log in to the server it connects normally. This issue also is presented in my friends server list (just my server appears offline but when you log in into the server it's online lol)

What can i do? I already restarted the server.

1. What's your host provider?
2. Where is your server located.
3. Where are you located (and your friend)?

1. What's your host provider? OVH
2. Where is your server located. Montreal, Quebec, Canada
3. Where are you located (and your friend)? Me: Mexico my friends: Argentina, Chile, PerŅŠ.

i think it can even be caused by the lag of u and ur Host maybe its only ur host to find it it is hard.

1. Check your firewall, If you're hosting it from a Virtual Private Server you'll need to allow it through your firewall.
2. Check your home connection.
3. Check if your friends can see the server online that way you're sure that it's working properly.
4. Check the server log and see if you find any errors.
