You make my pc a few weeks ago has been damaged, and that happens is the following things.
The cpu lights everything from the power source graphics card ect hard drive, but does not send video to the display screen not resive signal or anything, obviously I have not been to the technician.
It can be?

Internet wont't be able to fix your hardware problems. Find a computer specialist near your location and contact him with your concern.

The internet has helped fix thousands, if not millions of hardware problems.
@OP: What has been damaged? If the CPU lights up and the fans spin but you get no signal, either the motherboard has gone, RAM is faulty, or the GPU has gone. Also check that there is a heatsink attached securely to the CPU.
