Rules also say "each server". Thus if you have two different servers with different modes then that would allow for two topics, one for each server. Although I am not a moderator, that's how I interpret it.

My interpretation of what the forum rules state:

Yes, you can post an advert for every different server you own. Just keep in mind the part where it says "owning more than one different server".

Posting an advert for two servers that are the same (one for each), but that are on different client versions, isn't allowed. The same thing applies to servers that are "server #2", "server #3", etc. (2nd same server, 3rd same server, etc.).
