When create any kind of object ingame it doesnt spawn for example gcam it doesnt spawn a camera /roadblock says block created but nothing has spawned i have tried updating my streamer but it doesnt seem to have changed anything....

I don't think you need to use streamer is you haven't more than 1000 objects.
As oktokt1 said, you need to show us your commands. (like /roadblock)
