Server Log blocks - TheWay - 07.05.2016

I run Linux - Centos 7 - 64 (Tried with centos 6 32/64, same thing).

This is all I have on server_log.txt.
Default Gamemode (blank one), starts with no problem in server log. but on server list server doesn't work.
