Hello! Ladies and gentlemen.

I want to install New skin in gta samp
I must install in san floder? And new free link full game in my website?

I want to install New skin. New cars. New weapon from cleo? Or replace in file.

I can do this? (Sorry, i try to talk english)

To install texture mods, you need to put them in your gta3.img, or use modloader and put them in there.

Putting up the whole game would be illegal, if you even care about that.

You better link the mods you want to install for those who want to install them because:

You can't control it either. You cannot detect if someone insalled your mod or not.
Except you write a client-side program that prevents people from connecting to your server who didnt install the mods, however that has to be downloaded too and will mostly only make you loose players except your mod is super awesome and your server known.
