You mean the default includes?
Just download the latest server version.

error 025: function heading differs from prototype
I got this error and they told me to update includes. When i downloaded latest server and replaced all includes the problem is still the same. Have no idea what to do!!!

Well it depends which includes you use.
That error is a known bug in YSI though, you can download it here:
