This is my first time on making server so i wanna ask which databse is better? Mysql or yini? I know there are much more

MySQL is a lot better. You can integrate your own UCP down the line a lot easier with MySQL and it is slightly faster.

For basic usage and just storing some data, use Json or INI,
For heavy, secure and advanced usage, I recommend MySQL.
