Lags Proplem - Zorono - 25.04.2016

i have big lags
on player connect too my srv need from 1 min to 3 min(s) to see class selection screen
on player spawn falling down due to removebuildingforplayer but i have added map in the same pos of my removed map
on player do any cmd need more min(s) to get his action (For Example:/rcon login)

i felt bored of this proplems please help

Give us your server specs. Have you created the gamemode? Try launching the server with another gamemode to see if the problem persists.
