Megaphone Help - GeorgeMcReary - 21.04.2016

Hello, i was looking to script a sound megaphone system. i found a FS here but it doesnot work i mean when i do /megaphone no sound is played. then i thought to script my self but i did not understand his code, so please can you guys help me to script one?

i hope i will do it soon.
