Error - Banditul18 - 20.04.2016

I recive this error : http://imgur.com/qbSgZve , but the thing is not given me this error until i update to r39-5, but if i put the r39-4 still give me this. How to reslove? I know i have windows xp.... ut it doesn't give me that error until now...How to resolve?

Searching does all the wonders.

The reason is that the MySQL plugin you are using, needs a runtime that you don't have, and can't have.
