Windows 10 fps limited to 95 - tuuler - 15.04.2016

Hello, I recently installed myself a new windows.
Previously I used windows 7 and had no problems at all, but now with this windows my frame rate is locked to 95 for some reason. I know that its not a big difference between 95 and 100, but it is for me because im running on 144hz monitor and I can actually really feel the difference.
I hope that somebody can help me here

Do you have this problem only on SA-MP or.. ?

Yes only in SA:MP, in singleplayer its working fine.

I tried it and it works, but I get like 200+ fps and its too much for SAMP, is there any way to cap it at 100?

Yes, there is a way. Go to the GTA:SA menu and enable the "Frame Limiter" option. Then go in-game and use the client-side command /fpslimit 100 (or other value to limit FPS).
