samp.ban - Rafaeloo - 14.04.2016

I have a rp server
some players get banned automatically by server , at ftp is creating a file that named samp.ban when i open this file is showing that players is baned by console

any solution to fix it?

Post the samp.ban log and search on gamemode for "Ban"
