[PROBLEMA] Me falla la lectura del mysql.dll - Printable Version

[PROBLEMA] Me falla la lectura del mysql.dll - Lumabd - 12.04.2016

Buenas a todos... Despues de 4 meses formatie nuevamente la computadora y como pasa SIEMPRE... No me deja encender el servidor que tengo en modo local, tengo exactamente todos los archivos como los tenia antes y prendia no es problema de compliacion ni de falta de librerias....

Instale el framework el Paquetes redistribuibles de Visual C++ para Visual Studio 2013 y sigue dandome error... Siempre se arregla solo xq instalo millones de cosas cuando formateo y no se xq deja de tirarlo pero por ahora no dejo de hacerlo y ya es desesperante... Si alguien tiene alguna solucion porfavor se lo agradeceria dejo el log aca abajo
