Currently I am using 64-bit Windows 2008 R2 server and in my very lag and do not understand why, I use GameMode Ngg someone please help me please

What's your VPS Specs?

Probably too low server specs or corrupt gamemode design.
Is it latency lag or due to server memory?

I think my server because the game mode 16 ram and cpu 8

Try optimizing your gamemode that should make a difference.
