Server Closed The Connection Error - WatchDog - 29.03.2016

Please Help Me.My Gamemode Is Working Fine But Sometimes When I Or Mine Friends.Try To Reconnect To The Server After Sometime.It Say Server Closed The Connection.And At That Time No One Is Able To Join Mine Server.For Temperately Fixing This Problem I Have To Restart Mine Server From Mine Hosting Site.Here Is What It Say When I Reconnect To Server After Some Time.
