Hello Guy's i have a SA-MP server with WCRP script((released by the owners)) but a guy keeps DDOS'ing my server.please help me!

Use Digital Ocean Cloud Server, it can hold some attacker, but that's not permanent solution.
if you want really save, use dedicated server and buy some ddos protection.

Get DDoS protection, stop using edited scripts, ofcourse someone will DDoS it. Don't become enemy's with anyone. Stop using free hosts. As simple as that.

2) Stop crying for everything.
3) This are forums, not protection company to go there and tell them they're the worst company ever made.
4) Buy a host, not have VPS for 10$/year (you said that.)
