Of course it's possible. But it comes with a lot of flaws, including security ones.

Well there already is a login system, but its in a gamemode which i cant edit. So my admin system cant do anything related with that login system. And can you have 2 admin systems ? My gamemode has one and im about to make another admin filter script for it

Yes you can. You just may want all of them to write and save data to the same database or files. Otherwise, you would be required to register/login for each registration/login system you have. And that would just be irritating and stupid.
