Where to make banners like that?





and i saw others like the first one very similar only different text.
so i though there is a website or program to make them

They're made by sub.urban gfx, i remember them. Not sure if they're still up. It's made using Photoshop and/or GIMP/Paint.net.

Well first you would need Photoshop, then you could ****** for some Photoshop tutorials, there are alot out there!
