Kick player using PHP? - Metharon - 25.03.2016

Hello any idea how to make this:

After i'm doing something on website to send a message to the player 'You have been kicked out of server by admin (website) & kick him after 1 sec.


I don't know how to do that.. i saw some posts about sockets & query sa-mp but i don't have any idea how to use it properly ..
