Server Retrieving - MiyuUchiha - 24.03.2016

im having a problem, i already port forwarded my samp server and when i test in my computer(im using laptop), in a computer, it run perfectly, but when my friend want's join, my server has retrieving info

At WIndows Firewall, I Have Added The Rule, port 7777, UDP, domain/private/public
i knows in samp wiki how to port forward, but why this happen
