Post in that thread, contact the author or your host provider. This isn't the right section for that.

1. Not the place to ask for that kind of help, these is pawn section, not PHP.
2. Your problem is that host (or your localhost server) has disabled FTP protocol to be used inside file functions. If you have access to PHP config, ****** on how to enable/disable it, or ask on some forum that is about PHP/Web Development/Hosting.
