Preparing the gamemode... - saple - 18.03.2016

So i am getting this error in my log file:
[22:35:44] Preparing the gamemode, please wait...

All plugins loaded succesfully, server is running on wdw host, and it's working on localhost (my computer).
I had problem with mysql library, and i fixed it with latest plugin and using static version above mysql.so
And now this... do you guys have any idea?
