Hi,

Do i need PlayerTextDrawShow to see new value or this function PlayerTextDrawSetString set my string and reshow new value again?

You can just use PlayerTextDrawSetString to change the value.
You only have to use PlayerTextDrawShow once, there is no need to reshow it after the string change
