Sqlite Constant Register Bug - DJRambo - 17.03.2016

Hi there. im seem to be having trouble with my SQLite System

All the Codes on the script seem fine to me. but when i go on game

i need (or a player) needs to register everytime on connect...

How do i go about fixing this. any ideas?
