What's this "tradeadexchange.com" thing, It takes me to a random ad site or adult network

How to remove this virus, I searched apple support did everything, still doesn't work

Model: iphone 5

I have this problem across all platforms except for playstation

Since its across all devices i could guess thats a plugin for your browser...Try looking there...If its not well then i have no clue (at least not without some more info...)

Clear your browsing cache and data.

AdwCleaner. Cleans up the mess, doesnt touch the rest.

Check to make sure you don't still have a Safari window open w/ that page. Page probably popped up from another site, and may still be running in the background.
