less than $1/month wouldn't provide you with any serious VPS... if you aren't looking for anything really useable, you could just take a free VPS... you can find some on ******.

I have seen some provide VPSs which are invoiced yearly. But they only have 128MB of RAM.

Most of the 'Free VPS' providers are not much reliable. However, you could find cheap VPS providers, including good VPS deals at LowEndBox.

Don't waste your time looking for free stuff, because it will always be too good to be true. And I'm telling you this by experience.

Create an account on OVH, and you can get a VPS for about 3.49 USD a month.

You can get a small low performance VPS from OVH for just $3.50/month (which is a REALLY good deal for first time users). But NEVER go with "Free" VPS providers. Go with people who are known, and with reasonable prices.

Now, $10/year doesn't exist. Or atleast with trusted providers.
