First of all download an antivirus software.

Run a full system scan.

It will take hell of time, depending on how much files you have stored.

Just use a Windows Defender its the best anti virus

Not really, but yeah, if you don't have an antivirus, first of all enable windows defender and then downlaod antivirus.
