The park looks quite good and the rest of other stuff aswell, but some objects were not necessary to be added. Talking about the City Hall.

theres too much going on in there, the rest of the map isn't moving and then all of a sudden one place has a whole bunch of movement, I like it but not for an RP server.

It looks ok, but i do have some objections:
The City Hall items just doesn't fit ( the san fierro bridge and the sight view stuff from the chilliad.
The stuffs from the middle of the road are so unrealisthic.. where would you see flowers in the middle of the road, seriously now
