Vehicle (de)spawn system Tutorial.[Rep +] - ThatFag - 14.03.2016

hello fellas.
i was looking over ****** about a vehicle spawn/despawn system but i couldnt find one.
I am trying to make a simple one but basicly i dont know where to start and things like this.
If you know / got a tutorial on how to do it please let me know which one is it.
