That has absolutely nothing to do with this, you're just hunting for rep and post count.

@Humza: That is basically someone trying to connect but can't. When you try to connect to a server and it fails and repeatedly tries again, that's what this is.

The sentence "[warning] dropping a split packet from client" really doesn't make much sense in my opinion.

But the code you showed us just means a player is trying to connect, maybe with a bot, but your server repeatedly denies the connection.
