There used to be a thread with server hosts in. That topic seems of gone missed/been deleted.

I've used Vortex Servers in the past and they have been very reliable. Although if you have a bit more knowledge you could just use a VPS as SideAttack said and that is probably the best option these days.

Do you think 512mb will be enough memory to run a 50-100 slot SA-MP server? 1 Core?

It depends on how many of those 50 - 100 slots you actually fill, also depends on how well optimized your scripts are.

Although that post is from 2009 I am sure that servers still use around that but again it's dependent on how well optimized your code is. I am sure that the 512mb plan is more than enough for you
