Uhh... Your disk is full. The file you are write is too big.

You can fix it by several means:

1. Buy a bigger harddrive, reinstall your operating system and everything you had installed, including GTA SA and samp
2. Make some room on your disc by deleting some files (empty trashcan, cleanup browser cache (temporary internet files), uninstall some games/programs, ...)
3. Install a second harddrive and install your server on that disc

Then your VPS is too small or is limiting your space. So the same things apply. Free some space, buy more space, store things more efficiently, etc.
