Runtime error! - TheBoZ - 28.02.2016

Hi, i'm having the same error, here's my problem.

[12:13:58] Script[gamemodes/CopsandRobbers.amx]: Run time error 19: "File or function is not found"
[12:13:58] Number of vehicle models: 0

I added the plugins..
plugins streamer sscanf irc
Still error though and it also failed to load the plugins..

[UPDATE] I'v downloaded the plugins and the plugins load perfectly till this happens but then i get this error:

[17:43:15] *** Streamer Plugin: Include file version (0x277001) does not match plugin version (0x279001) (script might need to be recompiled with the latest include file)
Does this have anything to do with the runtime error, anyways how do i fix this?

Try the whirlpool plugin if not try recompiling the script.
