Run time error 19: File or function is not found - Mijata - 24.02.2016

I have just installed the new system on pc but i can't start server i have this error : "Run time error 19: "File or function is not found" what is problem? i have all plugins in plugins folder and in server.cfg

I also have microsoft visual c++ installed

Your sscanf and nativechecker failed to load.

I know... but i have sscanf.dll in plugins and nativechecker.dll and in server.cfg

Remove ".dll" extension from the plugins line if you're using Windows.
So it should read as "plugins nativechecker sscanf" etc.

If it doesn't work, try redownloading them, maybe the files are corrupt.
