Hello Can Some one Understand me How to Make Server Cops And Robbers and How to Make " .pwn + .amx
There is Tutorials To Followe it? without MySQL.Becuase i want make my Own Gamemode

Goto www.sa-mp.com, and download the folder.

Well you cant just go and try to script a server if you dont know how to script. I can suggest you two ways:
First check for tutorials *******.com or wiki.
Second - get a gamemode from someone and try to learn stuff about pawno. Start from the basic one. You will fail many times but you will understand from your mistakes. Even tho im still learning about Pawno.

Open pawno.exe and CTRL + N, there you go, a new script to script everything within.

When u create a pwn file save it as Cops And Robbers and it will create a amx file too. About gm i told u.
