Help!!!, Urgently - JimaDut - 19.02.2016

Hello SAMP, My name is Jima Dut, I host a evolution host server, I tired connecting to my host on FTP but I don't know what happened because everytime I try connecting it always gets a error, may you tell me the step by step way, I used the IP address that was provided to me with the username and password and port 21 but it never works, am I getting something wrong, please reply to help me.

sure, the error is, Status: Connecting to ...
Status: Connection attempt failed with "10106".
Error: Could not connect to server
