I portforwarded my server but my friends can't play. I just downloaded the gamemode and edit some of it. Please help me

Check this website (http://canyouseeme.org/) and see if your port is open, if not then you portforward wrong.. I might be able to help you what is your skype, or possibly host your server for you in the meantime.
