Server usage 100 % CPU - jamal1992 - 12.02.2016

Hello everyone, i have a big problem with my server. So the server on HOST (CentOS) usage 100 % CPU, those from the host told me that, but on my computer usage just 1 or 2 % (quade core 3,4 ghz and 1 Gb RAM DDR3).
It`s possible to use CPU 100 % ? i don`t think, i think the problem is from HOST .... he says it`s a gamemode problem.

If your server uses y_ini database with lots of saving/loading/reading,it can cause cpu usage

No, it using just MYSQL R39

I don`t know man, hosting company tell me it uses 100 CPU
